Stone cottage in the countryside

This pretty little 45 m² stone house is fully private for guests with a separate entrance that opens directly onto the street. It is 10 minutes from PITHIVIERS and 1 hour 20 minutes from PARIS. It consists of an equipped kitchen open to the living room, as well as a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a bedroom equipped with 2 single beds and a shower room. All accompanied by a small garden. Quiet and greenery await you! The space In this house, you are totally independent. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals. It includes a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, an oven, a microwave, and stove tops. one bedroom with double bed 160x200 and a real crib is basic accessible when booking. If you would like access to the second bedroom, which has 2 single 90 x 190 cm beds that can be joined to form a double 180 x 190 cm bed, simply let me know when booking. Please note that the room is small and the 2 beds are very close to each other! The living room is equipped with a clic clac sofa. Bed linen (sheet, cover, duvet and pillow) and toilet linen ( large and small towel) is provided for 5 guests. On arrival, you will find the essentials (toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag, coffee pods, and various types of tea.) Please bring your pods in case of a stay of more than 2 nights!!! You can also enjoy the gardenette with its garden furniture. Our pet friends are welcome in this home but be sure to pick up their needs in the garden😉. Guest access You can park your vehicle right in front of the accommodation, there is plenty of room because the street is wide and dead-end (so little traffic). Other things to note When booking, let me know which room(s) you'd like to book so I can prepare them! The reservation price for two guests includes room #1 (room #2 is not accessible). if you are 2 guests and want to have access to the 2nd bedroom, you will be asked for an extra 10 euros to be paid on site.
