Other things to note OTHER THINGS TO NOTE • 🚭 No alcohol, drugs, smoking, or vaping on the property or private lane. • 🏡 Apartment, laundry, and parking are for registered guests only. • 🚫 No third-party bookings — the person reserving must stay on-site. • 💻 Remote work is welcome, but no business operations (client meetings, deliveries, signage). • 🐴 Horses & cats live on the property. Horse experiences available with signed waiver + fee. • 🐶 Pets allowed for a fee. Must be leashed at all times outdoors. Off-leash pets will require guests & pet to have immediate departure without refund. Pets may not be left unattended. Crates available with prior approval and for a fee.
