Located in Hotwells, this fabulous 4 bedroom house with separate living room and dining room is in the ideal location for visiting Bristol. The house location is around 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 2 minutes to the waterfront, 10 minute to Clifton Village and around 15 minutes drive from the airport. With great pubs and restaurants just a few minutes walk The space The house is fully equipped with everything you should need to enjoy your stay and has beds to sleep up to 8 people and utilising the sofa beds you can have up to 10 guests at an extra fee of £25 per additional guest. The house has a great dining room with patio doors leading onto the back garden and an extra large kitchen so you can enjoy cooking whilst staying at our house. We also have a baby cot, high chair and stair gate should you be bringing the little ones. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house and this will not be shared with anyone. The house also has a private back garden. Other things to note Please note this is not a party house and we will not tolerate guests who play amplified music and keep our neighbours awake. We are happy for you to enjoy our house, but please ensure you respect our neighbours.
