Apartment in Gubbio's historic center

The tourist rental of Sara Jane is located in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and antique wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (possible crib and high chair for children). Free parking is 200 meters away. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay! The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2021, and all the furniture and furnishings are new. It has a double bedroom, a kitchen/hallway and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (induction stove with instructions, condiments and spices, utensils, pans and pots), table and chairs, armchair and reading corner. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, intimate soap, makeup remover wipes, absorbent pads). In the house you will also find a washing machine and drying rack, iron and small ironing board. The room has a double bed, a 2-door wardrobe and a small desk/workstation with an LG smart TV that can be used, if necessary, as a monitor. Guest access - The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. - It is located on the second floor of a medieval building in the historic center (no elevator, like 99% of the homes in the center), and on the same floor there are 2 other apartments. - Looking at the 3 doors on the second floor, the apartment door is the one on the left. Other things to note - The accommodation tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and from May 1, 2024, it is €2 per person per night (for a maximum of 4 taxed nights, beyond which you do not pay). - A camping cot is available free of charge for children up to 15 kg, and a high chair that can be attached to the chair provided in the apartment. We ask you to specify this need at the time of booking. - Small dogs are allowed on request. - The thermostat in the winter months remains on 24 hours a day with a timer. It remains off in the months indicated by municipal ordinances. - You will find someone to welcome you for check-in. - We always ask guests to send their documents in advance via a simple photo so that the receipt and rental agreement are ready upon arrival. * According to Italian law, tourist rentals cannot provide food (so we cannot prepare food or provide it packaged) or offer services during the stay (e.g., cleaning the house while you are staying).
