Apartment in Gubbio's historic center

Sara Jane's tourist rental rises in the medieval historic center of Gubbio, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The small apartment was renovated in 2021, with exposed stone and old wooden beams, and a view that makes the stay unique! Very quiet pedestrian area. There is a kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (any bed and high chair x children). 200m away, free parking. In the house, all the comforts for a relaxing stay! The space The apartment was completely renovated in 2021, and all the furniture and furnishings are new. It has a double bedroom, a kitchen/hallway and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook (induction stove with instructions, condiments and spices, utensils, pans and pots), table and chairs, armchair and reading corner. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, body soap, intimate soap, makeup remover wipes, absorbent pads). In the house you will also find a washing machine and drying rack, iron and small ironing board. The room has a double bed, a 2-door wardrobe and a small desk/workstation with an LG smart TV that can be used, if necessary, as a monitor. Guest access - The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. - It is located on the second floor of a medieval building in the historic center (no elevator, like 99% of the houses in the center), and on the same landing there are 2 other apartments. - Looking at the 3 doors on the second floor, the apartment door is the one on the left. Other things to note - The accommodation tax must be paid in cash upon arrival and from May 1, 2024 is €2 per person per night (for a maximum of 4 nights taxed, in addition to not being paid). - Camping bed for children up to 15kg is available for free and a high chair to be hooked up to the chair provided in the apartment. We ask that you specify this need when booking. - Small dogs are allowed upon request. - The thermostat in the winter months remains on 24 hours a day with a timer. On the other hand, it remains off in the months indicated by the municipal ordinances. - You'll find someone to greet you for check-in. - We always ask guests to send their documents in advance via simple photos so they can find the receipt and lease already ready upon arrival. * According to Italian law, the tourist rental cannot administer food (so we cannot prepare food or provide it packaged) or offer services during the stay (e.g. cleaning the house while staying).
