Double Room in lovely home, beautiful village

Firstly you need to read the following 1. Guests need to be out during the day. 2. Any lone males I reserve the right to decline without reason. 3. You must Love dogs as sometimes there is more than one. 4. This is my own home NOT a 5* hotel. Fownhope is flanked by the River Wye on one side and Haugh Woods on the other. Fownhope is one of the most desirable villages in Herefordshire The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the village. Two pubs & Post officeshop is in the village The space A lovely modern home which is light, airy and quiet, ideal for exploring the local area and further afield. Guest access Accommodation is modern and comfortable. Bedroom one has a king size bed Bedroom two is a small single room ideal for walkers undertaking the Wye Valley Walk solo or those on a budget. You have use of the garden room which has a sofa and TV. Shared facilities are kitchen, bathroom and additional toilet downstairs as well as a lovely garden to relax in when the weather is being kind. During your stay I will be on hand to answer any questions and can give advice and information on the local area. Other things to note This is an ideal area to enjoy the outdoors, so whether walking, cycling, canoeing, climbing or fishing you will have use of my garage to put your equipment in. If you are undertaking the Wye Valley Walk on request it maybe possible for your baggage to be transported to your next destination for a fee. Breakfast for an additional cost maybe provided on request but you will need to prepare it yourself.
