Please note that I live on the ground floor! Paris is 10 minutes by car and 15 minutes by metro from La Villette and 20 minutes from the center of Paris & close to Roissy, Stade de France, Villepinte, Le Bourget, etc... very quiet cul-de-sac! Metro: Mairie d'Aubervilliers 10 min walk & Fort d'Aubervilliers line 7 15 min + RER B 10 min by bus The space Ideal for a long stay, business trip, teleworking, a couple traveling or to go see an event. Private floor 38 m2 with very nice private terrace facing south and independent access in a charming house located in a very quiet cul-de-sac at the gates of Paris. Beautiful ceiling height and exposed beams. Please note that I live on the ground floor (this is my main residence) but the 2 parts are independent. 7-minute walk from Aubervilliers town hall, shops and restaurants. 10-minute walk to metro line 7 5 min by bus from RER B 15 minutes from Paris Porte de la Villette 20 minutes from the center of Paris 40 min to Paris Nord exhibition center by RER B Guest access -> 48 m2 private floor with independent access + 20 m2 terrace (I have a right of access to the terrace for periods over 10 days, for cleaning, maintenance of the terrace... preferably when you are not there... Or in case of emergency!...) ---> 1 (or 2 bedrooms) with a double bed each.
