We offer our guests a comfortable stay in this quirky 200 year old property which is perfectly situated within a stones throw of the high street, supermarkets, beach, golf course, bus station and leisure centre in the seaside town of leven. The space the property is on 2 levels, the lower level consisting of kitchen with white goods and breakfast bar/dining area, a large living space boasting a 58" samsung tv with virgin media big bundle and netflix included. leading into the downstairs bedroom with ensuite shower room . the whole of the lower level living space is ideal for any guests with mobility difficulties. the upper level consisting of a nice sized bedroom with king size bed and a sea view from the bedroom window. there is a walkin wardrobe across from the bedroom which houses the boiler and a selection of amenities and a lovely brand new bathroom with a bath and a shower. Guest access access is through the properties front door where there is an entrance porch which leads to the vestibule there is a shoe rack and coat hangers so outdoor shoes can be removed prior to entering the living space. Other things to note in and around leven there is an abundance of activities with golf courses, the beach, a cinema and a leisure centre all within 2 minutes walk. the bus station is also a stones throw away for those who want to visit amazing Edinburgh or nip up to St.Andrews or elie for a day out without having to drive if you fancy a beer or 2.
