Lake Front cottage -- Cozy winter fall and winter get away - Monthly discount

Our Sproat Lake home is nestled on almost an acre of semi-wooded lakefront. The living room and front yard have spectacular views of Mount Klitsa and the lake . Cozy wood burning fireplace inside, fire pit at the lake and a small portable gas fire pit for when the fire ban is on. There are two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen) . There is over 120 feet of waterfront, a concrete lake front patio, and dock for your boat. Lots of outdoor furniture at the beach and on the lawn, an 8FT row boat, beach noodles and toys. PowerBoats /Tubes can also be rented from the the Fish and Duck pub just a few minutes away . Tennis courts/playground and municipal/Provincial parks are within 10 minute drive.
