Parking for boat trailers, 20m from the Rhine shore (Direct access via a trail to the water). The space The property was built by our father, grandfather and great-grandfather himself and we would like to keep the house in the family and allow as many families as possible an unforgettable vacation in Stein am Rhein. In 2020 we renovated the interior with a lot of heart and soul. The view of the Rhine from the living room and from the balcony is fantastic. The 4 bedrooms are very spacious and practically furnished.There is the possibility to put a baby travel crib or also a crib in the rooms (various variants possible) The kitchen is also large enough for 8 people to eat at the dining table. There are 2 children's high chairs available. In addition, there are plenty of large and small pots, more than enough dishes and pans, as well as stove with oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fondue dishes, racelette oven and microwave. The refrigerator has a separate freezer compartment. In the spacious living room 8 people can sit on the sofas, read or watch TV and at the same time there is also the possibility to play board games, work on the computer or draw at the table. Of course there is a cupboard with board games, drawing articles and many, many books for children, teenagers and adults.There are plenty of toys: Lego, Duplo, etc. The property includes a granny flat that ist permanent rented and huge barn with workshop (not for shared use). There is a lockable bicycle garage. A running bike, a ladies bike and 2 mountain bikes are available (if needed, possibly more bikes can be organized). A boat trailer could also be parked on the property. In the garden there is a garden table, chairs, a fireplace with grill and a shed with wood.
