The space This house of about 80 square metres in Levà di Sori is an invitation to slow down: olive groves, woods, silence and a view that descends along the valley until you can see the sea. It is an authentic corner of Golfo Paradiso, perfect for those looking for nature, fresh air and a simpler rhythm, without giving up the sea (Sori and the station can be reached in about 15 minutes by car). Here, authenticity is not just a word: you feel it in the materials, in the recovered details and in the atmosphere that is consistent with the village. The house offers 4 beds and comfortable spaces for a couple, a family or two friends who want to experience Liguria in a real way. The panoramic terrace is one of the most beautiful moments of the experience. It is not attached to the apartment: to reach it just exit the main door and take a few steps. Once there, however, the view makes up for everything: outdoor lunches, a slow dinner at sunset, a chat under the hill sky, with the valley in front and the sea in the distance. Inside you will find a simple and authentic atmosphere, consistent with the history of the house. The kitchen is equipped for living well even on holiday: induction hob, oven, kettle and Nespresso compatible machine. In addition, you will find coffee from a local artisan roastery, intense and fragrant, perfect for a good start to the day. Getting to Levà is part of the journey: the road that climbs is the classic road of the Ligurian hills, in some stretches narrower, but it is worth taking it slowly to enjoy the surrounding nature. Parking is free in the village square; from there, the accommodation can be reached with a short walk of about 100 metres. Useful note: there are about ten steps from the entrance to the living room. There is also a bus that connects Levà with Sori, useful for getting to the sea easily. Teresa's House The house is named after Teresa, the last person to have lived there, co-owner with her brother of the last grocery store in the hamlet of Levà, which was located on the lower floor of the building. During the restoration, many objects were recovered that testify to the history of the Benvenuto family and the workshop they managed from the mid-1800s to the 1970s. Today, these objects can be found inside the house. The restoration has preserved the original structure and materials as much as possible. Outside, before the patio and under the terrace dedicated to the other apartment that completes the property (the actual Bottega), we find a small building of a single room with dry stone walls used in the past as a chestnut dryer; inside a "runfo" is still visible. The runfò (or ronfò, runfou) is an economical masonry kitchen, typical of the Genoese tradition between the end of the nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century that was fuelled by wood. In the surrounding area, you will find true nature: paths in the valley, walks among olive trees and woods and perfect routes for those who love walking.
