Beautiful sea-view apartment with a large pool, in exclusive Herzlia Pituach, seconds walk from one of the best beaches in Israel, by the Dan Accadia hotel (Please note that the pool is only open in the season, normally from around mid April to October. TBC at the beginning of each year) Loads of great coffee shops, restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy parking. Pub transport just outside the apartment, and goes to various location, Herzlia town, Tel Aviv, Raanana, Kfar Saba, etc.... The space A modern, well maintained one-bedroom apartment in Herzlia Pituach, one of the loveliest areas in Israel. The rental is for the whole apartment. The building has a concierge, and 2 elevators for easy access to the apartment itself. The apartment is well-designed, peaceful, light and airy, and the master bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. The lounge area has a large flatscreen TV with cable TV, a large, comfy sofa (which is also a sofabed), and there is a great, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, and a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is good Wi-Fi, a large balcony with a table and chairs for that morning coffee, and a sea-view! Guests can also enjoy the large swimming pool. There is a Laundry Room in the basement, which our guests are welcome to use. The apartment is just a 1 minute walk to the beach, and very close to the Dan Accadia hotel. Walking distance to the modern shopping center in Herzlia Marina. plenty of great restaurants and coffee shops close by. Supermarket and local shops in the square opposite the apartment. Free Parking available in the street. There is public transport outside the flat to Tel Aviv, Dizengoff Shopping Centre, the famous Carmel Market, and Herzlia Town. Guest access Guests will have the whole apartment to themselves for the duration of their stay, and access to the large swimming pool, and laundry room in the basement.
