In Smarano, on the beautiful Predaia plateau, surrounded by a private garden of about 300 square meters with a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites and adjacent to the Merlonga trail, Casa Ismarus (from the original name of the village in which it is located) offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the mountains. The accommodation is available for families, groups are not accepted. Very large and/or particularly noisy or aggressive animals are not allowed. The space The apartment, located on the ground floor in a 3-storey building with independent access through a private garden, is equipped with an independent heating system, is spread over about 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with sofa and TV for a total of 4 beds, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower and 1 bathroom with washing machine. Equipped with large panoramic windows and 3 direct accesses to the large garden with outdoor table and night lighting, where you can enjoy your meals and/or prepare an outdoor barbecue while enjoying the fresh air of the 1000 meters of altitude, or simply relax in the afternoon sun or alternatively in the shade of hazelnuts and cherry trees. Available for your stay is a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and freezer compartment, a ventilated oven and a 4-burner gas stove. The equipment includes pots, cutlery and dishes, hairdryer, iron, clothes drying rack, microwave, toaster, basic first aid kit, fire extinguisher and smoke and CO2 detector. There is a pellet stove for the winter period, pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed in the garden. The property does not have a parking space, public parking is 70 m away. NB: Parking of vehicles on the condominium access avenue is not allowed. It is forbidden to use the parking lot reserved for condominiums.
