In Smarano, on the beautiful Predaia plateau, surrounded by a private garden of about 300 square meters with a panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites and adjacent to the Merlonga trail, Casa Ismarus (from the original name of the village in which it is located) offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay in the mountains. The accommodation is available for families, groups are not accepted. Very large and/or particularly noisy or aggressive animals are not allowed. The space The apartment, located on the ground floor in a 3-story building with independent access through a private garden and/or internal staircase, is equipped with an independent heating system. It covers approximately 100 square meters and consists of a kitchen/living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 living room with a sofa and TV, for a total of 4 beds, 1 bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and 1 half bathroom with a washing machine. Equipped with large panoramic windows and 3 direct entrances to the large garden equipped with an outdoor table and night lighting, where you can enjoy your meals and/or prepare a grill outdoors while enjoying the fresh air of the 1000 meters of altitude, or simply relax in the afternoon sun or as an alternative to the shade of hazelnuts and cherry trees. Kitchen equipped with refrigerator and freezer room, ventilated oven and 4-burner gas are available for your living room. They complete the equipment with pots, cutlery and dishes, a hairdryer, an iron, a clothes rack, a microwave, a toaster, a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, and a smoke and CO2 detector. There is a gas barbecue for the garden, and pets are allowed. Smoking is allowed in the garden. The property does not have a parking space, the public parking lot is 70 m away. NB: Parking and transit of vehicles on the condominium access boulevard are not permitted. It is forbidden to use the parking lot reserved for condominiums. Independent access to the apartment from the garden is via a concrete staircase (visible in the images section in the main photo).
