The house is located in the village of Hall Quarry, situated between Somesville and Southwest Harbor on Mount Desert Island. Perched above the fijourd, Somes Sound, you are surrounded by Acadia National Park and it's beautiful mountains. The space The views are amazing. Guests can access the ocean by walk down and through a boat yard where they can use a boat launch. The house is located in the center of the island so you can easily access all parts of the Acadia National Park and the island towns. Guest access Guests can access all parts of the house, but the basement and garage are used for storage and not really organized specifically for guest use. Other things to note The 3rd tv/bedroom is accessed through the king bedroom. Guests need to walk through the king bedroom to use the bathroom and get to the rest of the house.
