Apartment in Bochum East, quiet, private entrance

The non-smoking apartment for up to 4 people with its own entrance is newly renovated and is quietly but centrally located in the east of Bochum. It features 1 bed (1.40 x 2) and a sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette with stove, oven, coffee machine, etc. Supermarkets, bakery, etc. are within walking distance in 5 minutes. Highways are about 3 minutes away. The space The apartment is ideal for 2 people. However, 2 other people can sleep on the sofa bed. The apartment is located in an outbuilding on the 2nd floor and is reached via a somewhat steeper external staircase (see photo). The ground floor is used as a storage room, so you live alone in the adjacent building. The key will be left at the door no later than 2:00 pm, so that a time-independent arrival is possible afterwards. The TV has an HDMI port and receives the public service programs.
