Conveniently located close to Utah Valley University, University Mall, many restaurants 2-minute access to I-15 and walking distance to Orem Front Runner Station. Just 15 minutes to BYU or Provo Airport and 25 minutes Sundance Resort. Your room is located on the second floor with a private full bathroom. You can use the microwave for warm up and mini fridge. No cooking is permitted. We're in a closed community, available parking in any visitor's parking where is secured and save community. The space Small room with blackout curtains for your best rest. Available parking only in any visitors parking, don't forget to hung the permit parking on your rear mirror please be sure to get it right or your car can be towed. During your stay We live there and will be available most of the time for any consultation or suggestions you may request. Please be courteous and not bring extra guests after 8pm. Other things to note The room is small, so we put out a little carpet on top of the bed so you can set your suitcase, then you can roll it and take it out to put it in a drawer under the bed.
