"Like at Mamie's", discover our beautiful region with ease! Come and enjoy summer and winter a 3 bedroom house (possible 5) with a fireplace, pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for 6 adults, located between two lakes and close to the medieval village of Alby sur Chéran. Many points of interest: towns and lakes of Annecy & Aix les Bains (20 minutes), tennis (5 min), golf (20 min), equestrian center (8 min), ski resorts: Clusaz, Grand Bornand, Aillons-Margériaz (45 min), Switzerland (45 min) The space Living rooms and the three rooms are on the first level, with four exhibitions, and serve a terrace overlooking the garden. The level of level is a garage + workshop + pantry, accessible from inside and out. The second level is rather reserved for our storage, but can be made occasionally accessible and livable if needed: 2 bedrooms + beds, desk, shower, toilet. The garden is green and all around the house, cherry, swing, shed, relaxing furniture, with some friendly neighbors nearby, but especially views of the meadows and mountains! We were asked, so YES there are nearby: lakes, charming towns and villages, ski resorts, golf courses, tennis club, equestrian center, nautical center.
