The cozy, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a full evening meal. A dining area next to the kitchen offers a relaxed spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the view. Both the kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy meals in a lovely outdoor setting with stunning sea views. Moving further inside, there is a hall with a comfortable sofa and a TV, as well as a family bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are also located off this hall. The first bedroom is an ensuite featuring a Queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a window that allows you to wake up to breathtaking sea views and the soothing sound of the waves. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), while the third bedroom is accessed via steps without a door and includes one single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and an additional single mattress, making it ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements. Step outside and you’ll be within arm’s reach of the water. Lounge on the sand, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a sunset drink on the patio. The outdoor area includes: - A dining space for up to six guests - A comfortable seating area - Fitness equipment - A gas BBQ - An outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach. - Two portable sun beds on the beach. The house also offers 2 kayaks & a SUP board for guests who want to explore the coastline from the water. Whether you’re dining al fresco, reading your favorite book, paddling on the sea, or simply soaking in the coastal ambiance, the setting offers a relaxed and unforgettable seaside experience. Just a few steps down will take you to the small beach in front, which is shared with a few neighbors. Depending on your dates, you might even have the beach all to yourself! Other things to note -The residence features one bedroom in an attic accessed by stairs, and there are additional stairs in the outdoor area. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Guests with young children must supervise them at all times, especially when using the stairs. - The small beach in front of the property has a limited sandy area, and the seabed is rocky, which is typical for beaches on the southern coast of Rethymno.
