The cozy, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare anything from a casual breakfast to a full evening meal. A wine fridge is also available. A dining area next to the kitchen offers a relaxed spot to enjoy your morning coffee or breakfast while taking in the view. Both the kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the patio, where you can enjoy meals in a lovely outdoor setting with stunning sea views. Moving further inside, there is a hall with a comfortable sofa and a 43" TV, as well as a family bathroom with a shower. The hall also features a single sofa bed that can accommodate a 6th guest. A small workspace is also available for your convenience. The first bedroom is an ensuite room featuring a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a window that allows you to wake up to breathtaking sea views and the soothing sound of the waves. The bedroom also offers a closet, a vanity, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The second bedroom offers two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), along with a closet, a vanity, a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The third bedroom is accessed via steps and does not have a door. It includes one single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m) and an additional single mattress, making it ideal for children or flexible sleeping arrangements. This bedroom also offers a closet, air conditioning, and blackout curtains for added privacy. For your comfort, the house provides Molton Brown amenities and slippers. Step outside and you’ll be within arm’s reach of the water. Lounge on the sand, take a refreshing swim, or enjoy a sunset drink on the patio. The outdoor area includes: - A dining space for up to six guests - A comfortable seating area - Fitness equipment - A gas BBQ - An outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after the beach. - Two portable sun beds on the beach. The house also offers 2 kayaks & a SUP board for guests who want to explore the coastline from the water. The beach is shared with only a few neighbors, and depending on your travel dates, you might even have it all to yourselves! Other things to note -The residence features one bedroom in an attic accessed by stairs, and there are additional stairs in the outdoor area for reaching the second entrance of the house. For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. Guests with young children must supervise them at all times, especially when using the stairs. - The small beach in front of the property has a limited sandy area, and the seabed is rocky, which is typical for beaches on the southern coast of Rethymno. **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax.
