The newly built B&B offers three suites, each with a private bathroom, designed to create a charming and relaxing environment. Located in the most strategic point of Oristano, it is ideal for those who wish to explore the Sinis, the Costa Verde and all of Sardinia. The space The B&B is located in the center of Oristano, on the third floor of an elegant building with an elevator, offering a strategic position to explore the city and its surroundings. The historic center is within walking distance, full of charming corners, small churches, shops, bars, and restaurants. The property allows easy access to the main roads to discover the wonderful beaches of Sinis, the inland areas of the island with ancestral traditions, the more touristy north coast and the south with Cagliari and the mining areas. Oristano, which does not have an airport, remains an authentic and unspoiled location, but it is well connected by frequent trains to Elmas airport. The SS 131 facilitates access to the island's main airports and ports. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the train station and can take advantage of the free bicycles to explore the city or reach the beaches. The B&B offers three finely furnished rooms, each with a private bathroom and access to the balcony: Donna Mercedes Suite, Sa Priorissa Suite, and Piccola Picasso Suite. Sa Priorissa has a shared balcony with chairs and deckchairs available. The philosophy of the B&B is "to make you feel at home while away from home," ensuring a relaxing environment with a hearty continental breakfast served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., linen change every three days, and access to a minibar, books, and board games. Guests can enjoy large common areas, such as the living room and bright balconies, designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The staff is available to help plan the days with advice on excursions, activities, typical festivals, festivals, and places not to be missed. Guest access Guests will have free access to the Wi-Fi connection, which is also available in the rooms. They will be able to use the kitchen to prepare tea or coffee outside of breakfast hours and use the shared refrigerator to store food and drinks. During the summer, access extends to the large living room and kitchen, while in the winter and spring it is limited to the bedroom with a private bathroom. Common areas include the living room, kitchen and terrace overlooking the historic center of Oristano. The kitchen, used by our staff to prepare breakfasts, is equipped with a shared refrigerator, freezer, containers for the separate collection of waste, and everything you need to prepare a tea, a coffee, or a small snack throughout the day. Guests will also have access to the garage where bicycles are parked. Please note that smoking, cooking hot meals, and bringing pets into the property are prohibited. During your stay Guests will be greeted upon arrival, where possible, by the owner, who will provide all the necessary information and advice to better appreciate the fantastic places in the surroundings and for the best performance of the holiday. In addition, the interaction will continue during breakfast, offering additional suggestions to enrich the stay experience. Other things to note Guests can enjoy sailing trips for a dip in the sea and enjoy a glass of local wine or prosecco in front of the historical vestiges of the ancient city of Tharros, with special offers reserved. The apartment is located in the heart of Oristano, just a 5-minute walk from the center and a 10-minute drive from the beaches. Although the kitchen is not available for cooking, you can use it to prepare tea, coffee, or cold meals throughout the day.
