The DOOR OF the CALDERONA HOUSE makes 3 floors at your disposal: OUTDOOR AREA/GARDEN: In it you will find the lawn garden area, other corners to unplug paved with rodeno, 1 covered parking spot, and 2 small enclosures that are laundry and paellero (BBQ). MAIN FLOOR: It consists of a covered terrace, living-dining room, kitchen and main bathroom. Sleeping on sofas is not permitted. There are also 3 double bedrooms on this floor (2 with double beds and one with 2 beds), one of which has a bathroom. In these bedrooms, it is only possible to install a baby crib in Bedroom 1 (the master bedroom with a bathroom). The rest of the bedrooms on this floor do not allow extra beds or cribs. ATTIC FLOOR: Accessed by a spiral staircase located in the dining room (children under 16 are not allowed to access this floor alone). The attic is a room with a 135 cm double bed and an 80x185 cm single bed (it also allows for another 70 cm folding child's pouf bed or a crib), with its own bathroom and views of the Sierra. The house's BASEMENT is PRIVATE. It houses the tools and supplies for house maintenance and outdoor gardening, so it remains CLOSED to guests. THE BEDS. In this house the measures of the beds are: 135x190 the double 90x190/180 the singles 80x180 (y 70x180) the extra beds of the loft. BATHROOMS. The house has 3 bathrooms/toilets, all with bidet, sink and toilet. The "bathtub" function is not allowed, but the "shower" function is allowed. Despite the recent installation of a pressure pump at the water inlet of the house, and due to the scarcity of water pressure in this area (and more pronounced in summer), there could be little pressure if you use the 3 showers in the house simultaneously; we advise you to use the master bathroom for the showers (and know that it is also possible to shower with gel and shampoo in the pool, before going up to the house). The new hot water heater is 100 liters, guaranteeing 4/6 consecutive showers responsible, and heats up again quickly; they should be arranged for the showers, and avoid them all being done at the same time, to give the electric heater response time again. The water pressure in the buardilla might not be the desired one. Since we are in the upper area of the municipality and there are periods with less water pressure than expected (please centralize the showers on the main floor). AREA COMMUNITY: Pool/Front/Basketball. This area is usually operational all year round (always check before booking for if it was in the maintenance period). It's off the plot of the house. It is located in a fenced and keyed enclosure, to which the houses of the development have access. It usually has little influx of people. It's a 1-minute walk from the house. No pets allowed in. Only guests registered at the time of booking may enter this venue (which will never be more than 10 pers/guests). We allow our guests access to this area, as a courtesy and free of charge, but we are NOT responsible for its operation: If for any reason (maintenance, unscheduled repairs due to unexpected breakdowns, or any other reason) it cannot be used during your stay, this fact will not give you the right to any claim or refund of any amount, since these are facilities outside the property of the house, which are not owned by the hosts of the house you are renting. We remind you that PETS are NOT allowed in the house, in the house gardens, or in the community area. This would mean denial of access to check-in, or termination of the rental at any time, without the right to a refund. The house has INTERNET CONNECTION via WIFI. Please keep this in mind if you want to bring your Netflix, Amazon firestick, etc. Please note that the TV is normal, NOT satellite. We hope to be able to provide you with this service soon. This will be reported in this description of the house when the satellite is installed. Non-registered people in the reservation are not allowed in the house. DNI or passport details are required BEFORE your arrival at the house, within 48 hours of booking. Please be very mindful of it pls. If you need additional services consult us (pool/beach towels, City of Sciences entrances, private boat rides in La Albufera Natural Park, tickets to the Bioparc, guided route to Puntal des Llops, etc.) WE inform you that this house IS not SUITABLE FOR WHEELCHAIRS, nor for people with Reduced Mobility (and therefore is also difficult to access/circulate with chairs or baby carts), due to the stairs that there are to access it, both in front and in the back., and also because of the rodeno layout of the outdoor pavement of the garden. AIR CONDITIONING: This service is only available in the living room, only with "cold" function and only in the months of July and August. They must turn it off if they leave the house to be in the community area or do excursions; you will not be able to stay on without anyone inside the house (it could be grounds for rescuing the rental). HEATING: This service is only available in the 4 rooms, using smart and pre-programmed electric heat radiators, and only from November to April. Here are some of the main steps we take when cleaning our space: *Disinfection of frequently touched surfaces: handles, doors, electrical switches, knobs, tables, chairs, keys, appliances, etc. *We use products and disinfectants approved by international health authorities, and we use personal protective equipment during house cleaning to avoid cross-contamination. *All rooms in the house are cleaned following the specific task lists for each room. *We provide cleaning products to our guests so they can clean during their stay and feel comfortable (remember to leave the house in a similar tidy and clean condition). *We comply with local and national laws and regulations, as well as tourism and tax regulations, and we follow safety and cleaning guidelines. This home does not allow exceeding the maximum capacity of people to stay overnight: 10 people maximum, including adults, children and infants. The 9th and 10th guests sleep in smaller beds (80x180 and 70x180). Please keep this in mind because these 2 guests (the 9th and 10th) must be under 12 years old. On New Year's Eve, maximum 8 people. All guests must fill out and sign the "guest registration," including minors. In addition, BEFORE your arrival, you must send us the required information from the IDs or passports of ALL guests via email within 48 hours of making the reservation, and always before your arrival. We allow our guests access to the COMMUNITY AREA, as a courtesy and free of charge, but we are NOT responsible for its operation. If for any reason (maintenance, repairs, or any other reason) it cannot be used during your stay, this fact will not give rise to any claim or refund of any amount, since these are facilities outside the property of the house, which are not owned by the hosts of the house you are renting. If you use the wood stove in the dining room, or the paella grill/barbecue, you must be sure to put out all the embers before leaving the house. Remember that you are in a Nature Reserve and you must follow the fire prevention instructions for the area as established by the municipal, national or governmental entities competent in this matter. Check if there is a government ban on the use of embers (barbecue or wood stove) during your stay: this is common in summer due to the high risk of fire. CLEANING: The house is handed over in a completely tidy and clean condition. You must return it in a similar state of cleanliness for your security deposit to be refunded. Please note that the cleaning fee you pay through Airbnb reservations is for cleaning sheets/towels, but it does not cover cleaning the house (therefore, you must return it in a similar state of tidiness and cleanliness). CRYPTOCURRENCY MINING and similar activities are EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, as is the charging of devices or vehicles. Responsible charging of mobile phones, tablets, laptops and health devices (such as nighttime respirators and the like) is allowed. SMOKING. You can only smoke and vape outside the house.
