The cottage is located in the park of Pro Persona Wolfheze, a mental health care provider. The space The house is completely detached, with a large garden around it and surrounded by peace and greenery. Downstairs you will find a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, combination microwave and coffee maker (filter). The spacious living room has an old fireplace, herringbone floor and authentic details and two front rooms: the dining room (where you can also work) and the TV room to relax. In the hall is the toilet and the stairs to the first floor. This staircase takes you to the three bedrooms, the master bedroom, a twin room where the beds can also be placed together and a single room. In addition, on this floor you will find the bathroom with washbasin, toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine and (heat pump) dryer. The house has all the comforts. And renovated and furnished according to the latest trends. The entire home is equipped with central heating and excellent WiFi. There is a camping bed available.
