Twenty minutes from Siena and immersed in the Val di Merse, our ancient stone farmhouse is located on three levels, it consists of two large rooms, a large living room with fireplace and wi-fi, an equipped kitchen and two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 baby. The house, which was originally a stable, was renovated following the design of an artist. You will find religious symbols inside the house (in the small windows of the bathrooms on the lower floor and in the bedroom on the upper floor), as well as in the tree of Judah located in front of the house. These symbols represent the artist's strong religious convictions. The orientation of the house (especially in the upstairs suite) and the strong relationship with the landscape and the movement of light during the day, make the house truly remarkable. The strategic location of the farmhouse makes it perfect for a holiday dedicated to relaxation and nature, discovering the most beautiful villages in Tuscany (Montalcino, Montepulciano, Buonconvento, Pienza, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, San Quirico d'Orcia, Colle val D'elsa, San Casciano dei Bagni, Cetona, Castellina in Chianti, etc.), natural destinations, spas (Petriolo, Chianciano, Bagno Vignoni, Rapolano), cultural and historical destinations (San Galgano, Sant'Antimo, Monte Oliveto Maggiore), easily accessible nearby. The sea can be reached in 40 minutes by car via the highway. Florence is an hour's drive away. Guest access The house can be rented in its entirety with a surcharge for the third guest and above, with a minimum stay of two nights. We can accommodate up to 6 adults and a baby with two double beds, two single beds located in the bedrooms, and an additional camping cot. We have an impeccable cleaning service that ensures cleanliness and tidiness for every stay. Wi-Fi is available. The price shown includes the heating cost in the winter months. Other things to note The house is nestled in the hills and enjoys a wonderful view of the Val di Merse, as well as being at the center of various cultural and food and wine destinations. You can breathe clean air and enjoy the silence of the valley. For the hottest days, the house is equipped with ceiling fans for better ventilation of the rooms. Note: Guests of this property are required to pay an accommodation tax of €1.00 (one/00) per night for each guest over 12 years of age for a maximum of 6 nights. For the change of towels and sheets DURING the stay, there is a surcharge of 15 euros per change (for all occupied beds). Additional cleaning DURING the stay is possible upon reservation by paying a surcharge of €50. Nearby (Casciano) there is a small supermarket (less than 2 km), a pharmacy, a bakery, a post office, a bar, and an ATM. The price in the winter months takes into account the cost of gas for heating.
