One of Americas Top 10 Beach Towns 2013 Parents Magazine. This is a 5 room 2 bedroom apartment. We pride ourselves on keeping a SUPER CLEAN space. Apartment has a private entrance. The 5 rooms in the apartment consist of a living room that has a dining space, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a coffee maker, microwave, and of course a stove, and a refrigerator. For you entertainment, besides the beach, it has a Spectrum cable 55" HD TV and we have Wi-Fi. It is attractively furnished. There is a master bedroom with a queen size bed, and the other room has 2 twin beds. Going to the beach is a brief 2 minute walk. We also provide you with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, and some beach toys for the kids. If you have a car with you we will provide you with a FREE Parking pass for your stay. The area is a super quiet, peaceful, and a incredibly SAFE neighborhood. If you want to get away from the rat race and hustle and bustle of city life this is your place to visit. You can find just about any kind of vibe you're looking for somewhere on the city's beaches, from nightlife at the city's beachfront hotels to the solitude of Shell Key. All of the 5 rooms in the apartment are available to our guests. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, and also beach towels to take with you to the shore to lay or sit on. The water here is a beautiful clear emerald green in color. We call the sand on the beach, sugar sand, since it looks just like sugar. A bright white, very fine texture is what it looks like. We will provide you with an incredibly clean private 2 bedroom apartment. We will be as visible for your needs as you wish or if you want to be left alone we will be glad to respect that and only help when asked by the guest. This area has been one of the premier neighborhoods in Pinellas county for the last 75 years. It is super quiet, peaceful, and extremely beautiful. The best place to unwind and get rid of stress and anxiety. If you come here once you will probably be like a bad penny and turn up here again and again and again. There is so much to do and all within close proximity to our home. We are less than 10 minutes to get on the interstate for easy access to everything in the area. The water here in the Gulf of Mexico is a beautiful emerald green and is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, wind surfing, fishing, or just laying on the beach getting that perfect tan. It doesn't get any better than this. We have plenty of public transportation if needed. Trolley bus line, free shuttles (for local trips), Uber, and Lyft as well as car rentals. If you have your car we will provide you with a parking pass for your car at no charge. (Just hang from mirror.) The beach and neighborhood are the draw here. Sure there is a ton of other things to do around here but the beach is where you want to be and we have the BEST beach in the USA. Check TRIP ADVISOR. There are deep sea fishing boats, private fishing charters, Shell Key and sunset cruises that are a short 4 block walk. On the same street, which is our historic business district, we have other shops, bars, a historic museum and restaurants. The fishing here is super. We have about 200 to 300 different kinds of fish swimming around here with many species that are seasonal including TARPON (up to 200 lbs) SNOOK, REDFISH, TROUT, KING MACKERAL, GROUPER. Lots of them are wonderful table fare. Shelling on the beach is second to none. We have 5 miles of beachfront available to look for shells. They wash up on shore daily and shelling begins at daybreak for the early bird shellers. There are still plenty if you choose not to get up so early. BIRDING or Bird Watching is also extremely productive. There are over 40 different kinds of birds available to see. U can also buy some food just down at the fishing pier to feed the PELICANS. Here is a little poem about the Pelican. Oh, a wonderous bird is the PELICAN, His bill holds more than his belly can, He can take in his beak, Enough food for a week, But I'm darned if I know how the hellican. We have the best sunsets in the country at the end of the block. Bring your camera, you WILL want take your own postcard pictures of our sunsets. We have a local golf course that is about 5 minutes from the apartment and 20-30 more courses just minutes away. ATTRACTIONS that are close by Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa Bay Bucs, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, 2 PGA golf tournaments, golf courses, fishing charters, by water sightseeing charters, by water sunset cruises, swimming, paddle boarding, wind surfing, Ringling Museum of Art, Gulf Beaches Historical Museum, St. Pete Grand Prix Indy Car Street Race, the Salvador Dali Museum of Art, Dale Chilluly glass museum oh and a few other things around to do.
