Charming house by the sea 20' Barcelona

The space House (Registration No: HUTB-015070) with 3 double bedrooms, large modern kitchen open to a lovely garden. (This is a two dwelling house and the house that is rented is located on the ground floor of the house, open to the private garden of the house.) In a very quiet residential neighborhood. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the beach and the train and bus station. 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona. 5mn is the Puerto Deportivo de El Masnou that offers a great variety of restaurants with very varied gastronomy and entertainment venues (pubs, Karaoke...) The beaches have chiringuitos. Very nice house, open to a charming garden that invites you to rest and the "farniente", but at the same time very close to the lively areas of the Masnou ( 5 walk from the marina) or Barcelona ( 25mn by train or 15mn by car). Ground floor overlooking the sea, open to the porch and the garden with fruit trees, olive trees, and small orchard. Bathroom 2 is common to room 2 and 3 that communicate with each other. This peaceful neighborhood is 10 - 15 minutes walk from the town center where you will find all kinds of services : varied shops, market, supermarkets, banks, post office, taxi rank, restaurants... You see the sea, and the beach is 5mn away! The Masnou is one of the main municipalities of the Maresme region. It is very well communicated and offers many advantages to visit year-round. Tourist activities include the Nautical Museum, the Church of San Pedro, from the 18th century, and the Casino. A great variety of popular houses from the last century are preserved in the old town. The playful and gastronomic offer of the Puerto Deportivo de El Masnou is a landmark. The population has a wide range of shops and services. In El Masnou there is activity throughout the year but in summer, in July, the International Ple de Riure Festival stands out with great performances for children and adults.
