The peculiarity of our location is that you can at any time hear a very slight hum of cars from the circuit carried by a wind coming from the South, at any time of the day or night. The part of the house that you will have the pleasure of living in has an entrance on an independent veranda, as well as a mini gym on the ground floor. The floor is 39 m2, it is composed of 2 bedrooms. The 15 m2 blue bedroom, facing southeast, has direct access to the bathroom. The 12 m2 red bedroom faces northwest. The floor also has a toilet independent of the bathroom. Each room has closets that will be available to you to store your belongings.
