It is one of five houses on the Les Vallaies site sharing the pool,communal garden and games barn. There will be other families with children for yours to play with. The villa has a spacious open plan with living and dining areas and for those who enjoy cooking up local french dishes such as moules in cream sauce - it has a very spacious kitchen area with lots of work space and cupboards for storing all those goodies purchased at the market. The kitchen is equipped with 4 ring gas hob, work top electric oven /grill (big enough for a full roast dinner), sink, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and all the basic pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. In the heart of the French countryside with walks and cycle rides in every direction. Quiet countrylanes and tracks all around. Perfect countryside holiday yet within easy reach of the coast and beaches The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, walk in cupboard with hanging space and shelves, a set of draws and windows on two sides. The two twin rooms are located each side of the bathroom. Each twin room has two single beds 90x200 and built in cupboard. One of the rooms also has a wooden cot. The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment over the bath, sink and toilet with lots of hot water. High chair, booster seat, change mat, toys and books, potty and toilet seat , plastic crockery and cutlery, toddler step an hand blender are standard items in all the cottages. Outside there is a covered terrace, ideal for sitting in the shade in the heat of the day, where you look out over the huge private garden which has lots of space for ball games but lots of trees too so there is plenty of shade at different times of the day. There is off road parking for two cars. The Pavillon villa has its own gate to access the communal play garden which has swings, sandpit, slide and trampoline and is shared with the families in the other cottages onsite. Your children will love making new friends and you can look onto the play garden from the kitchen window. The house has wifi throughout and also has a smart tv, books, games and childrens toys. Guest access You have the whole house, private garden and off road parking exclusively for your use. You will share the play garden, games barn and swimming pool. As a guest at Les Vallaies you will be invited to participate in activities which are generally held at our nearby La Grange du Moulin property, 2km away. There is no pressure to join in at all though - the choice is yours. We offer activities such as pottery and fabric painting ( all season - paid activity), teddy bear picnics (in May, June and September - free activity) Discovery events such as discover sparkling wine or discovery vineyard walk with our very own wine expert ( paid activity) We also work with a local scuba diving team who offer scuba diving for children and adults in the swimming pool. Other things to note We welcome families with young and older children on site. If you are an adult only group please message us first as we may accept your reservation at certain times & have other properties nearby if not. We only normally accept family groups. Families with older children must also appreciate we are a family friendly site where families with children come first, there maybe crying babies and squealing toddlers running around! Please ask if you are unsure as to our suitability for your group. We are also a NO SMOKING property which means you cannot smoke anywhere on the property including the play garden and pool or even your terrace - you must leave the property to smoke. We also request that all guests respect quiet time after 21hr as the property is located in a small hamlet and we do not want to upset the inhabitants or other families onsite. You cannot charge your electric vehicle from our supply, it is against our insurance policy as it is a fire risk as we do not have a dedicated charging facility and also have a limited electricity supply. There are numerous charging facilities in the local town. The villa is a short walk to reach the pool area along the village lane, children must be accompanied, it is not adjacent to the villa. We do not allow music or radio to be played outside of your house as sound travels a long way in the countryside and not everyone will appreciate your tastes, so please wear headphones .An optional cleaning service charge of 85€ can be paid for onsite, otherwise you must clean the cottage yourself.
