The ground-floor Gîte is in a converted barn belonging to a farmhouse built in 1743,which is surrounded by farmland. The 46m2 Gîte comprises: 2 bedrooms (1 double 160cm bed+bb bed , 1 with bunk beds, extra bed to put in living room), a living room (sofa, TV), dining room, kitchen well-equipped (gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee-maker, sink and all kitchenware), a shower room, and its own porch/patio ares. Use of washing machine possible, bed linen and towels provided. The space There is a beautiful garden, parking and 5*10 m pool (from May to October). Within 1 km is the quiet village of Bézues-Bajon and Lake Astarac. It is a 10-minute drive to Masseube for the supermarket, shops. Gîte "Au Fabaron" opened its doors in 2010, it is designed to enjoy a well-deserved rest in peace. Since 2015 the Gîte has been classified 2**Meublé Tourisme France. The Gîte is ideal for an unforgettable vacation with family or friends (ideal for 2 adults + 2 children + baby). The Gîte (total area 46 m2) is characterized by a bright open living room with all comforts (sofa, coffee table, TV). The kitchen is equipped (microwave, fridge-freezer, oven, hood, coffee maker, dishes) and opens onto the dining room. Washing machine and dishwasher are at your disposal. Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink). The 2 bedrooms are spacious: 10 m2 with a double bed 160 cm and 6 m2 with a bunk bed are tastefully decorated. Private terrace offers beautiful views of the Pyrenees and the garden (2000 m2). Here you'll quickly feel right at home... You can then relax around the pool (from April-May to October), while the youngest will enjoy outdoor games (badminton, cricket...). Other things to note For Tour de France fans!!!
