Welcome to my house. Its an old house with all the charm that comes with it. I try to upgrade it with modern technology and make it into a more sustainable living. Therefor i use wind energy for the heating and electricity. I have solar heated water in the summer, and use solar power to charge my electric bicycle. The space The rooms are located in a private house in Åkarp, Malmö and features one bed room with a double bed and one single room with a single bed. The rooms are located on a second floor and there is a shared bathroom and a separate shower in another part of the house.Internet with WiFi access. Outside the house you have a nice green garden and patio were you can enjoy the morning sun or just relax. The house is located in a calm and quiet area. In the center you'll find a well recommended Grill and Pizza diner, and you can easily reach the sea and parks by bike. 'Lomma strand' a long and sandy beach is situated 5 km from the house and many people go there for kite-surfing and for surfing. 'Alnarpsparken', a nice bushy park with a Castle, today used as a University, is a park worth visiting. It has the country's second largest collection of trees and herb plants, and is open to the public, year round. If this is not enough, you reach Malmö city in only eight minutes by train.
