A cosy home away from home, our Bungalow is perfect for families/golfers seeking a peaceful but active (optional!) holiday. Two ensuite twin/double beds (possible (paid) temporary bed for a 5th guest), TV/sitting room, recently enlarged open-plan dining area. Our large patio - with amazing views over the golf course/surrounding mountains & lakes - is perfect for open-air dining, spilling onto a private, shady lawn. There's a communal pool 50m away. He answered the many questions I had in a timely manner. He also showed a huge level of flexibility during the booking (which was done during the time of COVID-19). He adapted to our needs and helped in every way possible. Unfortunately we had to eventually cancel our reservation (due to other reasons and nothing to do with the property itself). Many thanks Ben!” --------- Our views over the golf course towards the mountains are beautiful, especially early morning when the mist is lifting and the greenkeepers are humming around quietly. We're a pitching wedge from the 1st tee of LMC's Championship Golf course, with 2 more courses on the doorstep. There is a year-round, hugely respected Tennis Centre, plus a wide range of children's sporting and performance programs during peak season/ holidays [tennis, golf, football, cricket, rugby and more]. My new personal favourite (having spent holidays at LMC since my teenage years!) is exploring the trails of the clifftop natural park that encircles the resort; the views of the Med are stunning. Hiking or running (solo or in organised groups), it's a great workout. We're a short drive to several beaches/coves, horse riding, the charming seaside town of Cabo de Palos (with scuba), and the retail therapy at the Espacio Mediterráneo mall (15 mins) on the way to the historic naval city of Cartagena (20 mins). Once you arrive in Spain, we're just a 30 minute drive to LMC (from Murcia's Corvera Airport (RMU); 70 minutes from Alicante Airport) at which point, it's feet up, grab a cava and relax... or get active! Other resort pools available, plus the sea which surrounds the resort. 3 different beaches are all within a 10 minute drive. Resident golf & tennis rates plus access to all of La Manga Club's many facilities - spa, gym, sports, restaurants. 1 min walk to the 1st tee (championship South)! 5 mins walk to the Clubhouse, the Tennis Centre, the resort supermarket. Other things to note We're an environmentally minded bungalow, so please think responsibly about recycling, use of plastics, and water & electricity usage during your stay.
