South-facing farmhouse, 200 m², designed for a family vacation: 4 bedrooms including 1 small + a dormitory/game room (total = 10 beds + baby - possibility of 2 extra beds), completely renovated, nicely furnished, easy to live in. The house is located on a large family property (8 ha) wooded and very well maintained, with free access (manor and chapel of Keraouël from the 16th-18th century), near the coast and the most beautiful wild beaches in France and many tourist sites. The space The house offers up to 10 beds (2 in the office/bedroom number 5, on the ground floor). At your disposal: 3 double bedrooms. 2 extra beds possible with surcharge. The beds are made upon your arrival. On the ground floor: everything is on the same level, without steps or obstacles Entrance with coat rack; Large bright living room (triple exposure) of 50m² with a wood burning stove and direct outings to the garden + large dining room table; Very well equipped kitchen for a large family: Billig/Krampouz crepe maker - Nespresso coffee maker - toaster, kettle etc - dishes and cookware; Laundry room with toilet area + LL and dryer, ironing board and iron, baby equipment; Ground floor bedroom with large desk and single bed or queen size bed for couple. Ensuite bathroom (shower); Separate WC with wash basin; Upstairs: Master bedroom with a double bed in 160, wardrobe and large bathroom with toilet; Blue room: 2 twin beds that can be brought together to make a couple's room, 1 large dresser; Yellow room: 1 single bed; "Dormitory /games room" with 3 single beds and games area, 2 large dressers to store your linen (in this dormitory, possibility to add two extra beds with surcharge); Children's games and books, board games, internet (4G box), cinema screen. Maximum: 4 cars. No parking in front! Other things to note 1/Additional guest: €25/night 2/Toilet linen, on request at extra cost: €10/person 3/ Central heating included in the rental rate during the cool season. If you wish to make a fire in the stove: Wood package: €30 for a weekend of 2 or 3 nights, €70 for a stay of a week/7 nights. 4/ Pet (dog or cat) welcome: extra €25/pet/stay Pet: no access upstairs or in the living room area, due to carpets, sofas and armchairs. PARK accessible under your responsibility (for surveillance and cleanliness) 5/Waste sorting: Thank you for your responsible collaboration! The garbage can is to be deposited in the gray bin that is at the entrance of the property (behind one of the pillars), the boxes and packaging are to be deposited in the yellow bin located in the same place, behind the other pillar. The glasses: 2 collection points are at your disposal in PLOUESCAT: in the cemetery parking lot and in the Intermarché car park! 6/ Attention! - No microwave: it's a choice to preserve our health! - No reception or party: our house is not suitable, it is a family vacation rental.
