Large family house in the Parc de Chartreuse, ideal for nature lovers! Hiking (from the house/GR9), lake (10"), mountain biking... Quiet, stone house renovated in a contemporary way and with every comfort: large living/dining room, 1 bathroom 2 toilets, south-facing terrace & large garden. Note: we still have some work to do (aesthetic, because it remains fully functional). Spaces for cars. Chambéry 25 min/Annecy & Grenoble 50 min/Lyon 1 hr. Guest access You will have access to the garden of the house and the parking space for cars (3 possible) Other things to note The stairs to the mezzanine (only 1 railing) can be dangerous for young children
