Description
A lovely self-contained warm cottage situated near the beautiful ‘Cotswold Way’. Private drive for up to two cars. Access is via a key safe. It has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable L shaped double-sofa bed in the lounge-diner. The ground floor bathroom has been recently updated to include a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, the second room providing a double bed. Dursley is within walking distance and has a swimming pool, shops and restaurants. The space On the ground floor the entrance porch leads to a spacious and comfortable open plan living/dining room with a TV/DVD player and an L shaped sofa. The kitchen leads off from the dining area and is well equipped; Crockery, cutlery, utensils, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, compartment, dishwasher, toaster, vacuum, iron, ironing board are all available. Also available travel cot, highchair, and a safety stair gate. The recently refurbished bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in with shower, sink and toilet, heated mirror with shaver socket. Stairs leading to landing area with views across the open countryside. The double bedroom to the front of the cottage, which overlooks St George's Church, has original stripped wooden floor, a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has original stripped wooden floor with a double bed, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. L-Shaped bed settee in the main living room offers flexibility for up to 6 adding a third double bed. Central heating throughout. All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided. A small area of lawn and patio on the front of the property is available for use by guests, plus a small area to rear of property with washing line. 2 car parking spaces are now available for use by our guests on the front of property. The drive is fairly steep so please take care when manoeuvring on and off it. Guest access Our guests at Onespringbank have full access to the the whole cottage and garden. Other things to note The lovely cottage garden at Onespringbank is accessible for our guests to enjoy. Due to recent work to install a driveway there is now a newly planted beech hedge at the end of the front garden. There is no fence between the Onespringbank garden and our neighbours gardens. Please also note that our neighbours have an historical right of access along the path that runs close to the bathroom window. The water pump many years ago was located in Onespringbank's garden. The window has obscured glass and a blind is in place so there is no problem with privacy. Due to the unprecedented rise in energy costs we ask that guests take reasonable care to minimise energy use to avoid the need for us to increase our charges. EV charger, there is one available for our guests to use. Charging cost will be calculated after use. We ask that charging is carried out overnight if possible.
