Perfect for a romantic getaway, personal retreat, or home base for fun in Maine! The space The apartment has its own entrance, full bath with tub, king sized bed, fully equipped kitchen. It is for two people; sorry, additional guests cannot be accommodated comfortably. There is a smart TV with ROKU access; please note there is NO CABLE TV. Guest access I love feeding the birds, and have some feathered guests that are regulars, including hummingbirds. The feeders are outside of your window and quite enjoyable. Other things to note The apartment was built in 2006 and is super insulated, energy efficient, making it comfortable in all seasons. It is on the second floor.
