The space A house with a late 70s design, featuring period decor and furniture Sleeping area: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm). Large bathroom: With shower, bidet and separate toilet. Kitchen: Functional and "in its original state," ideally equipped to prepare your meals. Living room: A large, bright, and welcoming living/dining room. Guest access 1st floor of the house with the garden and courtyard except the garage and the rooms on the ground floor available to the owner for storage Other things to note Linen: Bed and bath linens: Linens are not included by default. We offer a linen option at €15 per bed (sheets, bath towels and bath mats). Please let us know if you would like to choose this option when making your booking. Maintenance & end-of-stay cleaning: The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the guests. The property must be left clean and tidy (trash cans emptied, dishes washed and put away, bathrooms and kitchen clean). If there is no cleaning option subscribed to and if the accommodation is not returned in a clean condition upon your departure, the owner and the concierge service reserve the right to request financial compensation via the Airbnb platform (withheld from the security deposit or requested as a payment).
