Or bring your boat or jet ski and park at the new Marina that you can see right from our covered balcony. There is a great pool and hot tub located on the property, and inside offers a gym and laundry room. We have great restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and grocery stores, pharmacy's, etc. a short car ride away. Don't want to go out, that's ok, our beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped with everything you need to cook that fresh perch you just caught today! Kitchen has a Bluetooth box you can play your favorite music! This is a 1 bedroom with a Master Bath, but we offer a queen blowup mattress with foam topper you can place in living room, and there is a full guest bath too! Living room and Master both equipped with Flat Screen Tv's and dvd (living room only). Roku box on Master and Living room has a smart tv, as there is no cable, but Netflix, Prime and HBO and Apple tv! We do long term rentals, please email for a quote.
