The lot is located literally 10 meters from the sea offers one of the most authentic sunset experiences in Dalmatia. It has private access to a secluded beach beneath the estate. Go for a warm night swim or walk down the nearby promenade. Breathe the fresh air, feel the salty breeze on your face and heal your body&soul. The space The lot offers plenty of privacy. One large bedroom with a queen-sized bed and ample wardrobe space. Enjoy the comfortable mattress for a good night's rest. Foldable sofa in the living room is cozy enough for one adult or kid. The bathroom has a small bathtub, wash basin and toilet and plenty of additional storage space. External shower on the patio is an excellent refreshment after a swim. The water from the public water system is drinkable, and the power supply is also from the public network. Guest access Entire estate is at your disposal with parking spaces for at least 3 cars. Going to Primosten is easiest by car (3 min. ride) but walking is also an option and biking as well. Rent our 2 bikes for 70 € per week. Other things to note Bringing pets is possible, but please inform us beforehand, and additional cleaning fee of 6 € per day is applied.
