The Casenuove II farmhouse with garden is part of the historic Le Casenuove Estate, immersed in a vast park of olive, pine and cypress trees and lush fruit trees, overlooking vast land and the boundless hills above. It is an oasis of peace just a short walk from the sea and the towns of Castiglioncello, Rosignano Marittimo, Vada and Caletta. On the ground floor there are: a large living room with sofas, armchairs, an antique sideboard and a TV, a large dining room equipped with tableware and a modern kitchen equipped with small and large appliances, dishes and utensils of all kinds. To access the upper floor you need to climb two flights of wide and comfortable stairs. In the mezzanine there is a bathroom with sink, bidet and toilet. On the first floor, on the other hand, there is the sleeping area, consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom of the pines, in addition to being the largest, is very bright. It enjoys a unique panorama, represented by a very long avenue of pine trees, the surrounding land and hills that stretch as far as the eye can see. Inside there is a complete bathroom, equipped with a shower. The green double bedroom, slightly smaller, finely furnished with Tuscan-style furniture, overlooks the large garden where there are the typical structural elements of the ancient farms, such as the terracotta threshing floor on which the farmers beat the wheat and the former chicken coop. The red bedroom is equipped with a triple bunk bed (whose dimensions are such that it can also be used by adults), a chest of drawers and a mirror. The green and red rooms have a shared bathroom, located between the two, equipped with a bathtub, sink, bidet, and toilet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and provided with bed linen and towels for each guest (change every 7 days included). The farmhouse is completed by its large garden, which is divided into: a dining area under a suggestive covered gazebo consisting of a table (6-8 people), a support table and a barbecue. A relaxation area consisting of a comfortable set of modern sofas and armchairs. And finally, a solarium area consisting of a set of wooden deckchairs equipped with a pillow serving a wooden-finished above-ground pool.
