VILLA ROSA is named after the owner, Nonna Rosina, a rural woman who, with her strength and charisma, created a small estate in the hills of Bertinoro. The Villa is on the ground floor of a large living kitchen enhanced by a nice fireplace, dining room and bathroom and on the first floor of 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and bathroom. Surrounded by 300 olive trees, the house is located on a hill from which you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the Romagna plains.
