The space The 70m2 apartment, which operates as a private accommodation, is a 2-apartment house built in 2020, completely separated, with a separate entrance. The spacious, bright living room-dining room-kitchen overlooks Lake Balaton, and the directly connected 15m2 terrace is panoramic The well-equipped kitchen has a larger freezer refrigerator, a microwave, 4-unit hob, hood, oven and a 12-person dishwasher and a kettle is available to guests In the living room, there is a double sofa bed to sleep on. The 4m2 shower room on the ground floor has a hair dryer and a 100-liter boiler to provide hot water. The upstairs, nearly 20m2, spacious, double bedroom, desk and armchair also provide comfort for our guests. The smaller room, also upstairs, has 2 separate beds and a wardrobe.
