In the villa there is air conditioning in all rooms. The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the large windows of the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden. The park of the villa is 4000mq. The villa is in the middle of a large lawn with olive and palm trees.
