Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome! Guest access You will have all our three hectares of land and everything that grows on it (sage, rosemary, bay leaf, chives, oregano, thyme, marjoram, savory, santolina) and in summer you can pick chili peppers, helichrysum, wild asparagus as well as cherries, plums and apricots. In summer, you can also relax, meditate, read or connect in our Zen garden shaded by oaks and equipped with hammocks. Other things to note We inform future guests that from April 1, 2025, the tourist tax will also be paid in Perugia and its province. This will cost 1.50 euros per person per night and is not included in the price paid to Airbnb. It must be paid in cash by the guest during their stay in Casa Etica.
