New appartment near airport

Studio apartment in a new building, after renovation, clean and cozy. The territory of the complex is guarded. To Zhulyany airport - 10 minutes,to Zhitomirskaya metro station -15 minutes,to Teremki metro station - 15 minutes, near the Fora supermarket. There is free parking for cars, there is a transport stop nearby. No smoking in the apartment, no pets are accommodated. There is a deposit of 500 UAH, which is returned at the end of the stay. In case of property damage or smoking in the apartment, the security deposit is forfeited. The space The apartment has independent heating and hot water supply. Guest access By prior arrangement, transfers are available from Zhuliany airport - 150 UAH .Transfer from the railway station - 200 UAH. Other things to note Check-out from the apartment is before 11.30 am. Check-in to the apartment from 14.00. Check-in to the apartment is until 23.00. If the client arrives after 23.00, an additional fee of 100 UAH is charged. The keys are handed over in the apartment. Upon check-in, the deposit is 500 UAH. Subject to the house rules, the deposit is refunded upon departure of the client.
