There are no hidden costs with this offer. We offer a beautiful little private house incl. Terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can reach Vienna Central Station by train, and in 10 minutes by bus you can reach Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in a separate house, so we are available at all times. The space The house is fully furnished. You have your own bathroom with toilet and small window, a private kitchen, with all you need for cooking, a living room with a couch and a pull-out sofa for a 3rd person and a table with 4 armchairs and satellite TV. From here you have a very nice view of the garden and your own terrace with a small table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying. In a small room right next door is a double bed and a small desk. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and also well suited for 3 people. Guest access At the entrance, there is a key box with a numerical code for contactless check-in, which we will let you know the evening before your arrival. With the combination lock, you are very flexible when checking in and whenever you come and go. We have a shared garden entrance and you have your own small cottage on the property. In addition, you have your own terrace with a small table for breakfast in front of the cottage.
