Small house + terrace 3 km from Vienna (15 min train)

We offer a beautiful little, private house including terrace and free parking in front of our property. We also have an e-charging station for cost-effective charging. In 15 minutes you can take the train to Vienna Central Station, and in 10 minutes you can take the bus to Therme Wien Oberlaa. The house is 15 km from the airport. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available. The space The house is a small loft. You have a private bathroom with toilet and small window, a private kitchen, with everything you need for cooking, a living room with a couch and a pull-out sofa for a 3rd person and a table with 4 armchairs and satellite TV. From here you have a very nice view of the garden and your own terrace with a small table with chairs to relax and enjoy. In a small room right next door is a double bed and a small desk. The apartment is perfect for 2 people and also well suited for 3 people. Guest access At the entrance, there is a key box with a numerical code for contactless check-in, which we will let you know the evening before your arrival. With the combination lock, you are very flexible when checking in and whenever you come and go. We have a shared garden entrance and you have your own small cottage on the property. In addition, you have your own terrace with a small table for breakfast in front of the cottage. Other things to note We have an electric charging station so you can charge your electric car with us at low cost.
