Small House Walkable Downtown

‘Tiny House’ very close to downtown. Perfect for single person or couple. If it weren’t for the trees you could see the Creature Comforts brewery from the driveway. Tastefully designed to be efficient and comfortable. Has kitchenette if you’d like to cook at home, internet tv, WiFi, stereo with record player, queen bedroom and full bathroom. The space I built this house to be as comfortable and efficient as possible. High ceilings, hidden storage, all the amenities and so close to downtown. Guest access The entire small house is yours! Park right in front of the house and use the patio and anything inside. Other things to note The house shares a driveway with several other homes. It’s a very quaint and quite pocket of Athens. There is parking for one car so we encourage guests to only bring one car. If you need to bring a second car there is street parking available.
