Bridge Park - Double, Golf view

Semi detached house set in a quiet road 3 miles from the city centre but on a good bus route. Large garden at the back looking onto City of Newcastle Golf Club. Comfortable double bed with kettle in room. Restaurants/takeaways nearby. A second single room is also available with shared bathroom and a double room on the top floor with private shower room all subject to availability. The space The room is quiet and can accommodate 1 or 2 guests on a comfortable double bed. There is tea/coffee facilities in the room. Hanging and drawer space is available with Wi-Fi access. Shared bathroom. Guest access Guests are welcome to make use of the microwave to heat up meals in the evening. Cooking is not permitted other than heating in the microwave. If you are having a meal I would be grateful if you can eat it in the kitchen to avoid accidental spillages on the bedding and cooking smells in the bedroom. I can provide a continental breakfast upon request until 10am. There is a sitting room at the front of the house for guests private use. During your stay Toast, cerial, tea/coffee including homemade marmalade and jam is included for breakfast. If you need to know anything about the area or how to get about by public transport I will be happy to help. Both the airport and station are conveniently linked by metro. There is also a good bus service right outside Bridge Park. If you are travelling on business and wish to be left in peace that's fine. The sitting room is for your own use and the house is quiet. Other things to note Guests can park on my driveway in front of my garage but parking is limited so please let me know if you are bringing a car so I can make sure there is space. Please respect other residents by not parking on their space. There are a number of golf courses in the vicinity including one next door. The Gosforth Park Race Course is also very near and within walking distance.
