A 5 min drive from the heart of Hollywood, and Universal studios but a 5 min WALK from one of the most beautiful hikes in all of Los Angeles: Runyon Canyon. Also, save on parking at Universal Studios/Warner Bros Lot, they're so close that a quick Uber/Lyft will get you there quickly and spending much less. Parking spot kept for you on the property. No need to find street parking, but if you do, make sure to park on the ‘downhill facing’ side (always free) as the ‘uphill facing’ direction can get a parking ticket. Streaming channels set up with: Disney+, Hulu, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime. As an added feel good bonus, this property powers all utilities - heat, AC, lights, hot water - from green solar energy collected on site. Guest access Private Suite with with ensuite bathroom. Inside: Wifi/Queen Bed/Linens and towels on arrival/Coffee maker (AND coffee)/Smoothie Blender/Toaster/Plates/Cutlery/Kitchenette area/Dining area with seating for 4/Ironing Board w Iron/HD. TV w/ Disney+/Hulu/HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime/Paramount+. Other things to note If you're traveling to Universal studios, Warner Brothers, Hollywood Bowl, or Downtown Hollywood, it's a 4 to 6 dollar uber ride away.
