Unique freestanding house close to beach +cities!

Enjoy our freestanding sustainable guesthouse of 55m2. The house has a beautiful fenced garden with great views on the flowerfields and it is close to the Dutch beaches of Noordwijk area. A perfect place for couples or young families! It is a great place to relax after a day at the beach, exploring the area by bike, boat trip on the Kaagplassen or a trip to Amsterdam (25 min to RAI), Haarlem, Leiden, Den Haag (all within 30 min). It is appr. 7km to the beach in Noordwijk The space The guesthouse is a freestanding house in our garden. It has a own entrance and private parking places plus private sitting area with outdoor dining table and lounge area. The entrance gives you access to the hallway with access to a small storage room including laundry facilities, separate toilet and bathroom (including rainshower), and it provides access to the studio. The views from the house on the flower fields are stunning. Every year there are different flowers on the fields. The studio consists of a big kitchen with oven, microwave, big fridge, big stove, dishwasher etc. And including free coffee and tea. All equipment you need to make your stay comfortable. The view from the kitchen is directly on the flowerfields. In Spring 2025 we expect again the tulip fields. The other fields around the house will be daffodils and hyacinths. The house fits a max of 4 persons, it offers a 2 persons double bed and a sofa convertable into a bed - perfect for kids. Furthermore baby/kids travelbeds are available on request. But also baby bath, kids chairs etc are available. The house has solarpanels for your electricity, heatpipes for warm water an heating supported by heatpump. The folding doors provide access to the veranda/porch terrace. This is facing the shared garden. The garden is completely fenced so perfect for kids to play and lots of toys for young kids. At the entrance of the guesthouse, you have your own private terrace with dining table and lounge area. Guest access The entire guesthouse is accessible for our guests. Other things to note The garden is shared, you have your own terrace (and hammock), it is facing the shared garden. On the other side of the guesthouse (at the entrance) you have your private terrace with dining table and lounge area.
