On 58 m² of living space you will find all the facilities of a fully and luxuriously equipped rental apartment. The surrounding gastronomy and shopping facilities of the Dornbirn city center will certainly delight you! The space The apartment - decorated in the Nordic style - has all amenities for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is additionally equipped with a microwave, a large fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. You also have an LG OLED 4k smart TV with satellite connection and numerous HD programs, Netflix subscription and Disney+, as well as worldwide internet radio. In the apartment, a state-of-the-art SmartHome LED lighting is installed in all rooms. You can easily dim all light sources. In the access area to the apartment, a shoe polishing machine is also at your disposal. Guest access The entire apartment is only available to you during your stay. Other things to note Our house is located within the pedestrian zone in the center of Dornbirn. Please note that the reserved parking space belonging to the apartment is located outside the pedestrian zone and is approx. 2.5-3 minutes walk from the apartment. However, loading and unloading facilities are available at the house at any time. The municipal guest tax (currently €3 per night) is paid by us at the end of the month for all nights of the month and is part of the booking costs. There is no additional cost for you during your stay. Upon request, each guest will receive a tax-correct invoice including VAT for the booked stay. On request, we will also issue this invoice to a billing address requested by the guest. In this case, please provide the billing address at least 3 days BEFORE the check-in date.
