Great location for SXSW, ACL, F1, UT games, graduation, & more. Walking distance to many great restaurants (Terry Black’s Elizabeth Street, Nomade, Picknik, Fresa’s, Lenoir, and many more). The space The guesthouse is very well appointed, stylish, modern and comfortable. All brand new. The house is equipped with G Fiber wifi. Kitchen with all the essential equipment, including coffee maker (k-cups supplied) and a few food supply basics for those late night and early morning cravings! Bathroom has towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hairdryer provided. Washer and dryer in unit. Guest access The space sits above the detached garage of the main home and is accessed from the alley behind the home. ACCESS CANNOT BE GAINED FROM THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE MAIN HOME. If you arrive by taxi or ride share service, you will need to explain to the driver that your dropoff point is in the alley behind the home. You will access the property through a gate in the alley to the right of the garage. The house number is posted next to the gate, so you'll be looking for this (you'll receive the address in a separate communication). There is a lockbox on the gate that contains a key that will unlock the padlock on the gate. The lockbox will also contain the key for the apartment. Once through the gate, there will be stairs directly in front of you that lead up to your apartment. PARKING: If you arrive in your own car, there is a space in front of the access gate in the alley to park a car. You should enter the alley from west, as this will allow you to pull into this spot easily. Entering the alley from the east will make parking in this spot more challenging. When parking your car, please do not block the alley or the garage. The parking space is indicated by red reflectors. Again, please do not park on the street in front of the main house as there is no access to the apartment from there (without walking around the block to the back of the property). All of this will make more sense once you actually see it! Other things to note There is a pool on the property. please note that it is not included in the Airbnb and not available to guests.
