The 30 sqm 1-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet. It is ideal for individuals or couples. The maximum occupancy is two people plus a toddler or a third person. In addition to the well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and bidet and a veranda overlooking the large pool (5 x 10 m) directly in front, there is also smart and satellite TV and sufficiently fast Internet. - Pets must be requested before booking. No animals are allowed in the summer months! - The space The studio (1-room apartment) measures about 30 square meters. The living/sleeping room has an adjoining well equipped with a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and bidet. In the sleeping area there are currently two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), in addition to which a maximum of one crib can be added. The normal occupancy is therefore 2 guests + 1 baby/toddler (max. 2 years). If necessary, by prior arrangement, person, an older child or adult can also be booked. This will be charged at 25.00 euros per night. There is no explicit sleeping space for another adult or older child. However, it is possible, for example, to set up a folding bed. Towels and bedding are covered by the additional costs. The cost of an extra guest is paid either via the website or on site upon arrival. If another person has not been specified during the booking process, it does not release the guest from paying the additional costs. For babies or toddlers, a crib or a nice baby crib is available free of charge. In addition, other children's equipment can be used (high chair, baby bath, playpen ...). In the kitchen there is a new fridge with freezer compartment (2024)l, a mini oven/grill, a microwave, toaster, a Dolce Gusto machine, a normal coffee maker and kettle as well as sufficient dishes, glasses and various cooking utensils. Furthermore, a small selection of spices is available to the guests. In addition to Spanish television and satellite TV (Astra 19.2), streaming services such as Netflix or Amazon Prime can also be accessed on the smart TV. The studio has an associated covered veranda and direct views of the large pool (5 x 10 meters). The car can be parked next to the apartment. For a cozy barbecue evening, the barbecue area and the rustic dining area under the shady pergola of the "camp" are available to guests. The garden, pool area, barbecue area with outdoor dining area as well as the use of the free washing machine in a separate laundry room will be shared with other guests. The price shown includes all energy costs, towels and bedding and final cleaning. In the low season (mid-September to May), pets can be brought along on request.
