Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of Lake Murten. The villa is located in a very quiet area and has two bedrooms. It is ideal for a relaxing stay or for holiday. The house is situated in a dead end street. This ensures that there is no traffic noise. On the other hand, this makes access by public transport very difficult. It is therefore recommended that guests have their own vehicle for the stay. The space The villa features a spacious terrace with stunning views of the Alps and Lake Morat. It also includes a pétanque court, two enclosed garages, and two additional parking spaces in front of the garages. Inside, the villa is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bath towels, bed linens, kitchen linens, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There are no additional fees beyond the tourist tax, which will be payable after the reservation is finalized. This tax, collected by Swiss municipalities, applies to all stays in Switzerland and contributes to the funding of cultural, tourist, and sports infrastructures that enhance your visit. Laundry costs, including bed linens and towels, are included in your stay. The villa is located approximately a 5-minute drive from Lake Morat and the natural sandy beach of Salavaux, which is the longest freshwater beach in Europe. Please note that there is a studio beneath the villa with a tenant. Guest access Petanque court, garage, terrace etc... You will have access to the whole villa, except for the studio which is under the villa. Other things to note It is recommended that guests have their own means of transportation for the stay.
